Sometimes we cannot get what we wanted or things do not work as how we want it to be. at that moment, we feel sad. How can you encounter that feeling?

  1. I think one way to encounter that feeling is to look at things in a positive light. There are ALWAYS something good about a situation and something bad about it. Another way is to avoid/escape from it (not recommended as the feeling will come back again some time later), as it helps you to focus on something rather than your sadness.

  2. If i were around the situation, i would be very sad. However, I could not be sad for a long time. also I could not complain about it. In my thoughts, I would find a positive thing even though I felt sad. Today is not everything. Tomorrow will give me a chance.

  3. I think the beauty of life is that you can't always have everything you want. You have to work hard to achieve greatness, you have to work hard to get a job to buy you the things you want. It's no use if you sit at home and sulk about what you don't have, but rather you should embrace and celebrate the things you do have.

  4. I try to look at the positives and use failing as a learning experience to become successful.

  5. I use failure as way to strengthen myself and my character. I always focus on the people that are extremely less fortunate than I the become humbled with the things that I already posses.
