History

Do you think it is important for us to learn about our cultural ancestry and our history? Why or why not?

  1. Yes I think it is important to learn about our roots. The reason being is because we need to know where our family is from and hard their journeys were because without our pastimes we wouldn't be here today. Another reason is because we need to appreciate what our families did and for them to give us a better opportunity by coming to America.

  2. Yes it is important. if i could learn more about my country Korea, i would know about what happened to the previous time long time ago.

    If i don't learn about them, it is very hard to live.

  3. yeah. as history is our past. we need to learn about it. not only as things to know but things to observe and re-think so that we do not lose ourselves and do not do the same things in the future ( if bad
    )

  4. I think it is very important. History reflect what we are today and reason for the future. George Santayana, a famous European philosopher, once said, "To know your future you must know youe past". A wise man is to learn how to appreciate the past.

  5. important. We need to know because it is our past, and the history is what we are in the present. That way you can know how all the values and customs you hold came about
